Duke and Baroness Charlotte escaped to a nearby village to be greeted by fear from the villagers. Voices heard around asking if the person standing in front of them is the Duke from the tyranny king. Duke and Baroness went to the village's church to repent their sins and the only high priest in the village and also being the only person that is calm enough to ask Duke of his origin. Duke then answered in telling that he repent for killing the King and confess his actions. The priest shocked told the story of him to the whole village. The village feeling more relieved shouted for Duke's action and praise him for releasing the whole village from the grasp of the king whom only took their resources but never done anything that benefits the village. They have a grand feast the night and ask the priest to use the same night to bless him and Baroness Charlotte as his life long partner. The village cheered and the priest grant him his wish. The now Baroness will be known as Duchess Charlotte Regenherz and as Duke's other half.
Duke feeling that the priest and villagers has done a lot for him ask any repayment in anyway that he can make to help them in return. The priest smile and tell he has done enough but ask him as a friendship favor to bring an orphan girl whom is in training to become a Wizard with basic wizardry and 1st aid knowledge. The girl is as young as he is when he lost his parents. Duke knowing and understanding the feeling of the girl take her under his shield and promised to train her up to in turn protect those she love. The nameless girl is given the name as Kaciella making Duke as her father and Duchess being her mother. The girl smile for the 1st time in her life after knowing she is being loved.
Mike Seng Alexxios, the evil son of the king step up the throne after the death of his father in becoming the king of Granado Espada. Even more disaster and ruins under the reign of Alexxios comes after and tax raised up inconsiderately. And news that he have set his foot on the lost city of the frozen plain spread over stated he will resurrect the lost artifact of the dark magic from it. Duke feeling responsible, set off the village after thanking the Priest and fellow villagers with his wife and adopted daughter into the journey to slain the foul beast to end the reign of Alexxios family forever.
